આ વિસ્તારનો વિકાસ સારો થશે અને પ્રોપર્ટીના રેટ પણ ઊંચા રહેશે તે વાત ચોક્કસ છે. કારણ કે, સરદારધામ સંસ્થાનું નિર્માંણ ચાલી રહ્યું છે. તેની સાથે 100 વીઘા વિશાળ જમીનમાં જગત જનની મા ઉમિયા માતાનું વિશ્વવિખ્યાત મંદિર નિર્માંણ થવાનું શરુ થઈ ગયું છે. આ બંને સંસ્થાઓ સહિત આ વિસ્તાર એસ.પી. રીંગ રોડના કિનારે હોવાથી, ગુજરાત સહિત દેશના કોઈપણ શહેર માટે ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટેશન સરળ બને છે. ઉત્તર ગુજરાત, સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતમાં જવા આ વિસ્તાર ખૂબ સરળ રહે છે. જેથી,આવનારા દિવસોમાં વૈષ્ણોદેવી અને ઉમિયાધામ-સરદારધામ વિસ્તારમાં રેસિડેન્શિયલ અને કમર્શિયલ સેગમેન્ટ ઉત્તમ માનવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે.
