હાર્મોની-હરિકેશ ડેવલપર્સ ગ્રુપ દ્વારા સાયન્સ સિટીમાં 32 માળની હાઈટ ધરાવતું ગુજરાતનું પ્રથમ હાઈરાઈઝ અને આઈકોનિક રેસિડેન્શિયલ બિલ્ડિંગ નિર્માણ પામી રહ્યું છે અને તેનું કન્સ્ટ્રક્શન માઈવન એલ્યુમિનિયમ ફ્રેમવર્ક સિસ્ટમ એટલે માઈવન શટરિંગ ટેક્નોલોજીથી બની રહ્યું છે. જે ગુજરાતના અન્ય ડેવલપર્સ માટે પ્રેરણારુપ છે. આ પ્રકારની શટરિંગ ટેક્નોલોજીનો ઉપયોગ કરવાથી કન્સ્ટ્રક્શન સારુ થાય છે અને દિવાલમાં ભેજ, ક્ષાર અને લૂણો લાગતો નથી. ત્યારે જાણીએ શું માઈવન એલ્યુમિનિયમ ફ્રેમવર્ક સિસ્ટમ.

મિવાન એ એલ્યુમિનિયમ ફોર્મવર્ક છે, જેને MIVAN શટરિંગ તરીકે પણ ઓળખવામાં આવે છે. આ પ્રકારનું ફોર્મવર્ક સૌપ્રથમ યુરોપિયન કન્સ્ટ્રક્શન કંપની દ્વારા વિકસાવવામાં આવ્યું છે. 1990 માં, મલેશિયાની મિવાન કંપની લિ.એ આ ફોર્મવર્ક સિસ્ટમ્સનું ઉત્પાદન કરવાનું શરૂ કર્યું. MIVAN ફોર્મવર્ક એકંદર બાંધકામ પર્યાવરણ માટે આર્થિક તેમજ સંતોષકારક સાબિત થયું છે.

મિવાન ટેક્નોલૉજી મોટાભાગે ટૂંકા ગાળામાં મોટી સંખ્યામાં મકાનો બાંધવા માટે યોગ્ય છે, જેથી કોંક્રીટ પર સતત એક જ રેડવામાં દિવાલો અને સ્લેબ બાંધવા માટે રૂમના કદના સ્વરૂપોનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય.

એલ્યુમિનિયમ ફોર્મવર્ક પુનરાવર્તિત બિલ્ડીંગ લેઆઉટ માટે અને પ્લિન્થની ઉપરના કામ માટે ખૂબ ખર્ચ અસરકારક છે. આ સિસ્ટમ ખૂબ જ અનોખી છે કારણ કે બિલ્ડિંગમાં સ્લેબ, બીમ, દિવાલો, કૉલમ, દાદર, બાલ્કની અને ખાસ વિન્ડો હૂડ સહિતના તમામ ઘટકો કોંક્રીટના હોય છે અને તેમાં બ્લોક વર્ક્સ કે ઈંટના કામની કોઈ જરૂર હોતી નથી.
