ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી ભુપેન્દ્ર પટેલે આજે અમદાવાદના ગણેશ ગ્રાઉન્ડ પર ક્રેડાઈ-ગાહેડ અમદાવાદનો 17 મો ત્રિદિવસીય પ્રોપર્ટી શો ખુલ્લો મૂક્યો છે. તે દરમિયાન ગુજરાતના ઉદ્યોગ મંત્રી બલવંતસિંહ રાજપૂત અને મંત્રીશ્રી જગદીશ પંચાલ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા. આ પ્રસંગે મુખ્યમંત્રી ભુપેન્દ્ર પટેલે 2023નું કેલેન્ડરનું પણ વિમોચન કર્યું હતું.

ગણેશ હાઉસિંગના સીએમડી અને ક્રેડાઈ ઈન્ડિયાના વાઈસ પ્રેસિડેન્ટ શેખર પટેલે ભાજપ સરકારને અભિનંદન પાઠવતાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, મુખ્યમંત્રી ભુપેન્દ્ર પટેલ રીયલ એસ્ટેટ સેક્ટર,મહેસૂલ સહિત તમામ કાયદાઓ અંગે જાણકાર હોવાથી અમારા તમામ ડેવલપર્સની માંગ છે કે, ગુજરાતના અમદાવાદ સહિત મોટા શહેરોમાં મહેસૂલી કાયદાઓ અંગે સુધારે અને ઝડપી-સુચારુ બનાવે.

તો, મુખ્યમંત્રી ભુપેન્દ્ર પટેલે ગુજરાતની જનતાનો આભાર વ્યક્ત કરતાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, આપણે સૌ ડેવલપમેન્ટ સાથે સંકાળાયેલા છીએ જેથી, સરકાર ડેવલપર્સને કોઈ જ પણ પ્રકારની તકલીફો નહી પડે તે જોવાની જવાબદારી પણ સરકારની છે.

વધુમાં મુખ્યમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ગુજરાતના ડેવલપરોને કોઈ પણ તકલીફો ન પડે તે માટે મહેસૂલના કાયદા અને રીયલ એસ્ટેટ અંગેના નિયમોને જલદી સુધારા કરવામાં આવશે.વધુમાં તેમણે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, કોઈ પણ ડેવલપર બી.યુ. વગરના પ્રોજેક્ટ ન બનાવે કારણ કે, હવે સરકાર આ મુદ્દે ચલાવી નહી લે.

દેશભરમાં પ્રધાનમંત્રી આવાસ યોજના અંતર્ગત કુલ 1 કરોડ, 32 લાખ આવાસો નિર્માણ પામ્યા છે જૈ પૈકી 10 લાખ આવાસો તો માત્ર ગુજરાતમાં બન્યા છે તેવું મુખ્યમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું.
