કોવિડ-19 પહેલાંના માર્કેટની વાત કરીએ તો, માર્કેટ સ્થિર અને રીયલ બાયર્સનું હતું. કોવિડ-19 બાદના માર્કેટની વાત કરીએ તો, બજારની સ્થિતિ થોડીક ચિંતાજનક છે પરંતુ, હાલ માર્કેટમાં થોડી થોડી ઈન્ક્વાયરી ચાલી રહી છે અને દિવાળી બાદ માર્કેટમાં સુધારો આવી જશે. લોકડાઉનથી, જે લોકો નાના મકાનોમાં રહેતાં હતા, તેઓ મોટા મકાનો લેવા પ્રોત્સાહિત થયા છે. તેમજ ભીડભાડ વિસ્તારોમાંથી આઉટસ્કર્ટ વિસ્તારોમાં મકાનો ખરીદવા લોકો પ્રેરાઈ રહ્યા છે. જેના કારણે, આઉટસ્કર્ટ વિસ્તારોમાં આવેલા પ્રોજેક્ટની ઈન્કવાયરી સારી જોવા મળી રહી છે. હાલ ડેવલપર્સ મકાનો ખરીદવા સારુ ડિસ્કાઉન્ટ આપી રહ્યા છે. જેથી, રીયલ બાયર્સ અને રોકાણકારો માટે હાલનું માર્કેટ ઉત્તમ માનવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે. જોકે, મંદીનું વાતાવરણ છે પરંતુ, એવું પણ ડેવલપર્સ 35 કે 40 ટકાનો ધરખમ ઘટાડો કરીને માલ વેચી દે. પરંતુ, ઓછા નફામાં વેપાર કરશે.
ભારત સરકારે હોમ લોનના રેટમાં 7 ટકાનો ઘટાડો કર્યો હોવાથી, રીયલ બાયર્સને મકાન ખરીદવામાં સરળતા રહેશે.અને નોકરીયાત વર્ગ આવનારા ત્રણ કે ચાર મહિનામાં રોકાણ અને મકાનો ખરીદવા માટે આગળ આવશે.

જે રોકાણકારોએ 60 ટકા અથવા 100 ટકા ડાઉન પેમેન્ટ કરીને રેસિડેન્શિયલ કે કમર્શિયલ સેગમેન્ટમાં રોકાણ કર્યું છે તેવા તમામ રોકાણકારોને હાલ ડરવાની જરુરી નથી. પરંતુ, ઘણીવાર આવી સ્થિતિમાં જો ડેવલપર્સ પ્રોજેક્ટ કેન્સલ કરશે તો, તે તમામ રોકાણકારોને રુપિયા પરત કરશે અથવા તો, તેનો અન્ય વિકલ્પ શોધીને, પોતાના ગ્રાહકનો સાચવશે. જોકે, આ અંગે રેરા એક્ટમાં પણ જોગવાઈ રાખવામાં આવી છે. જેથી તમામ રોકાણકારો સલામત છે.
